When will my order be delivered?
Depending
on the time you place your order, we will, wherever possible, use
reasonable endeavour to meet delivery requirements within the UK.
How Much is Delivery?
Delivery is calculated based on weight and destination - anywhere in the world. Please remember you will be responsible for customs clearance and associated costs for any overseas deliveries.
I want to cancel my order
Under
the statute laws for Consumer Protection and the Distance Selling

right to cancel your contract for the purchase of your goods at any
time up to seven working days after delivery. (“Canceled Goods”)

may cancel your order by simply writing to us or e-mailing us.However

your goods have been dispatched you are responsible for paying the

for collection of the Canceled Goods. This will be at your sole cost.

will refund the relevant cost of your Canceled Goods only when the

practicable and in any event within 30 days after receipt of the
Canceled Goods by us.
Returns / Refund Policy
Our return policy is only effective for 7
days starting from the day the customer received the product and if
products are found to be faulty after our 7 day rule we will have the
item sent away to be corrected and do not under any circumstances offer new replacements or refunds once the 7 day period as elapsed, And if a product as been damaged in transit we can not be help responsible although we will help all we can to have the item corrected at the customers cost,
The above rule does not apply to digitally delivered items such as "information products", Under no circumstances do we offer any refunds on such items.
The condition of a return policy:
1. The products is still factory sealed and unused. This include the box and all accessories that comes along.
2. All shipping and insurance charges are bear by customers.
3. A restocking fee of 25% applies to the product bought exclude any other fee.
4. All other fee associated to the sales of the product will not be entitle for refund.
5. The return of the products must be shipped via a shipping service
that offers full online tracking and tracking numbers must be provided
to us within 3 working days once approved for
return.
6. The return of the products must be aprroved by us before sending back
