Help zoneQ: Where are your products shipped from?
A:We have trading partners in the UK, USA, Hong Kong, Australia, Germany and other European countries so depending on stock location your item could be shipped from any of the above mentioned locations.
Q:How can I pay for my merchandise?
A: Our primary method of receiving payment is via Bank Transfer. To insure that your orders are shipped out in a timely manner we suggest that you keep your account in a positive balance. Other Payment methods we accept are: Google checkout, PayPal, Moneybookers, Cheque's, uncrossed postal orders.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?>p>
A:No there is not. You can order a minimum of 1 product plus, your orders will be processed the same way.
Q:Will I have access to my order history and customer data?
A:Yes, we offer a complete order tracking system to all members which enables you to track your current and past orders. Each order status is updated in real time to enable our members to keep track of every stage of the order process, from order processing through to dispatch and delivery.
Q:How do I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
A: If the order has yet to be shipped you may change the order by simply contacting us from your account page. We cannot accept an order cancellation once the order has been dispatched.
Q:Do you ship internationally and how do i know the cost of shipping to my county?
A:Yes, we do ship internationally (apart from some high risk countries) and to find out shipping costs to your country just add something to your cart click on checkout and shipping rates will be shown but don't worry you don't have to complete checkout you can empty your cart at any time.
Q:How do I know your products will be in stock when I go to order?
A: Our inventory is controlled electronically and is updated daily. In the event that you sell a product that is not you can still place the order. We will do our up most to fill that order, this may take up to 7 working days.
Q:What couriers do you use?
A:We use UPS,Fedex,Parcelforce,EMS & Royal main special delivery to send out shipments, we provide all orders with a tracking number so you are able to keep track of your shipment.
Q:How long does it take for shipments to arrive?
A:Depending on the location and shipment method chosen, it will take anything from one day to 1 week. We would usually expect the delivery to arrive within 2-4 working days. We are unable to guarantee these delivery times as we have no control over our 3rd Party delivery partners.
Q:If the item I'm buying or drop-shipping is shipped from overseas to my customer will they be subject to customs VAT/Tax?
A:In most cases no because we send as samples but we can not guarantee no fees will be charged.
Sending Payment:
When sending money to iphones-2u please instruct your bank to send funds in UK GBP's making sure you cover the bank fees on your side, please instruct your bank to include your order number or your email address as the reference so we can link the payment to your order.
